BL26 (Guān Yuán Shū, “Origin Pass Shu”) is an acupuncture point on the Bladder Meridian. BL26 is situated on the back, 1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the fifth lumbar vertebra (L5). It strengthens the Kidneys, regulates the Lower Jiao, and benefits the uterus.
