BL22 (Sān Jiāo Shū, “Triple Energizer Shu”) is the Back-Shu of Triple Energizer point of the Bladder Meridian. BL22 is located on the back, 1.5 cun lateral to the lower border of the spinous process of the first lumbar vertebra (L1). It regulates water passages, resolves dampness, and harmonizes the Triple Energizer.
