Clinical notes

Ren 22 is a crucial point for acute throat conditions, especially those involving phlegm, cough, and voice disorders. As a Window of the Sky point, it is particularly effective for connecting the qi of the body with the head, making it ideal for sudden loss of voice or difficulty swallowing. It is best known for its ability to open the throat and chest, making it indispensable for asthma and bronchitis. A classic pairing is with LU7 for acute sore throat and cough.
