It crosses the anterior aspect of the abdomen, enters the Spleen, and connects with the Stomach. From there, it ascends through the diaphragm, flanks the esophagus, and spreads over the lower surface of the tongue. A branch separates from the Stomach, passes through the diaphragm, and enters the Heart.
The Spleen channel governs the transformation and transportation of food essence, distributing nutrients throughout the body and producing Qi and Blood. It also controls the muscles and four limbs, maintains the proper position of organs, and plays a crucial role in water metabolism.
Disorders of the Spleen channel manifest as digestive issues like abdominal distention, poor appetite, diarrhea, or constipation. Other symptoms include muscle weakness, fatigue, edema, prolapse of organs, and various gynecological disorders due to its influence on Blood.
