SP1 (Yǐnbái, “Hidden White”) is the Jing-Well (Wood) point of the Spleen Channel Meridian. It is located on the medial side of the great toe, 0.1 cun posterior to the corner of the nail. It stops bleeding, regulates the Spleen, calms the spirit.

It is empirically used for restoring consciousness and is often paired with BL67 for turning a fetus.
