SP6 (Sānyīnjiāo, “Three Yin Intersection”) is the Meeting point of the three leg yin meridians point of the Spleen Channel Meridian. It is located on the medial side of the lower leg, 3 cun superior to the tip of the medial malleolus, posterior to the medial border of the tibia. It strengthens the Spleen, harmonizes the Liver and Kidney, regulates menstruation.

Needling

Perpendicular insertion 1-1.5 cun.
