Clinical notes

DU15, a Window of the Sky point, is crucial for disorders of speech and voice, such as aphonia, aphasia, and stuttering, often due to wind-stroke or phlegm obstruction. It also calms the spirit and clears the mind, making it useful for mental disorders, epilepsy, and headaches. Due to its proximity to the medulla, needling requires extreme caution; it is often paired with HT5 for voice disorders.
