Clinical notes

DU20 is a pivotal point, known as the 'Hundred Meetings' due to its status as a meeting point for all Yang meridians, making it highly effective for lifting Yang and addressing prolapse. It is a primary point for calming the spirit, treating anxiety, insomnia, and various mental-emotional disorders. Its ability to extinguish wind makes it crucial for internal wind conditions like dizziness, vertigo, and tremors, while also benefiting the brain for memory and concentration issues. A classic pairing is with Sishencong (EX-HN1) for enhanced calming and cognitive benefits.
