BL53 (Baohuang, “Bladder Huang”) is an acupuncture point on the Bladder Meridian. It is located on the sacrum, 3 cun lateral to the median sacral crest, at the level of the 2nd sacral foramen. It regulates the lower jiao and benefits urination.
