TB22 (Ěrmén, “Ěrmén”) is an acupuncture point on the Triple Burner Meridian. It is located in a depression located anterior to the ear, on the raised flesh corresponding to the supratragic notch. It opens the ear, clears heat, alleviates pain, benefits the teeth and jaw.

Ermen is a primary local point for a wide range of ear disorders, particularly those involving deafness, tinnitus, and pain. Its classical indications also extend to dental issues, specifically upper toothache, and motor impairment of the jaw, such as lockjaw. When treating deafness or tinnitus, it is often used in combination with other local points like Tinggong (SI19) and Tinghui (GB2).
