TB12 (Xiāoliào, “Dispersing Bone-Hole”) is an acupuncture point on the Triple Burner Meridian. TB12 is located on the posterior aspect of the upper arm, in the depression inferior to the olecranon, on the lateral side of the triceps brachii muscle. It activates the channel and alleviates pain.
