HT7 (Shenmen, “Shenmen”) is the Shu-Stream point point of the Heart Channel of Hand-Shaoyin Meridian. It is located on the palmar aspect of the wrist, at the wrist crease, in the depression on the radial side of the tendon of the flexor carpi ulnaris muscle, just ulnar to the pisiform bone. It calms the Spirit, regulates the Heart, clears Heart Fire, tonifies Heart Qi and Blood, regulates Qi rebellion.

Location
