HT2 is mainly utilized for activating qi and blood circulation in the arm and shoulder, making it effective for pain, numbness, and limited movement in this region. It is particularly indicated for conditions like frozen shoulder, elbow pain, and intercostal neuralgia that radiate along the Heart meridian. While not a primary point for internal Heart issues, its ability to move qi and blood can indirectly benefit the Heart by alleviating stagnation. It is often used in conjunction with HT1 and HT3 for upper limb issues.
