KI16 (Huangshu, “Vitals Shu”) is an acupuncture point on the Kidney Channel Meridian. It is located on the abdomen, 0.5 cun superior to the umbilicus, 0.5 cun lateral to the midline (Ren9). It regulates Qi and alleviates pain, strengthens the Kidneys.
