GB42 (Diwuhui, “Earth Five Meetings”) is an acupuncture point on the Gallbladder Channel Meridian. It is located on the dorsum of the foot, between the 4th and 5th metatarsal bones, proximal to the 4th metatarsophalangeal joint. It clears heat and alleviates pain.
