BL2 (Zǎn Zhú, “Gathered Bamboo”) is an acupuncture point on the Bladder Meridian. BL2 is located on the face, in the depression at the medial end of the eyebrow, directly above the inner canthus. It dispels wind, clears heat, and benefits the eyes and head.

Subcutaneous insertion 0.3-0.5 cun, or prick to bleed; avoid deep needling to prevent damage to the eyeball.

⚠ Direct/scarring moxa traditionally avoided here (face / sensory organ — scar & burn risk).
