Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to the qiboo.ai Pro subscription. Payments are processed by our authorised reseller / Merchant of Record, who appears on your statement and issues your invoice.

Subscriptions & billing

Pro is a monthly subscription billed in advance. Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us; cancellation stops future renewals and your Pro access continues until the end of the current paid period.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied, you may request a full refund of your most recent payment within 14 days of that charge. Contact us at the email below and we will process it promptly.

After 14 days

Beyond the 14-day window we do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods already started, but you may cancel to avoid future charges. Refunds may still be granted at our discretion (for example, a duplicate charge or a technical issue that prevented use).

How to cancel or request a refund

Email support@qiboo.ai with the email address used for billing. Refunds are returned to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days depending on your bank or card issuer.

Free tools

The free tools on qiboo.ai involve no payment and therefore no refunds.

This policy does not limit any statutory rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law.
