This Practitioner Listing Agreement (the “Agreement”) is a binding contract between you (“you”, “Practitioner”) and Kerem AL, sole proprietor, operating qiboo.ai, İzmir, Türkiye (“qiboo”, “we”, “us”). It governs any directory listing you create, claim, edit, or publish on qiboo.ai (a “Listing”). By ticking the acceptance box, you agree to this Agreement, the qiboo.ai Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Directory Terms, and Medical Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not create a Listing.
A Listing is created and controlled by you. You choose what information to publish, you choose whether to display your phone, email, photo or other details, and you may edit, unpublish, or delete your Listing at any time. You are not required to publish any Listing, and nothing here obliges you to keep one.
You may create a Listing only if you are at least 18 years old and you are either (a) a practitioner who holds every licence, registration, certification or qualification you claim, valid and in good standing in the jurisdiction(s) where you practise; or (b) an individual expressly authorised to create and manage the Listing on behalf of the clinic, institution, or practitioner it describes. You confirm you have the authority to enter into this Agreement.
You represent, warrant and undertake, on a continuing basis, that:
While your Listing is published, you grant qiboo a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable licence to host, store, cache, back up, reproduce, reformat, resize, translate, index, and publicly display the content of your Listing for the purposes of operating, securing, promoting and improving the directory and qiboo.ai (including display on the site, in search results, and in qiboo communications and previews about the directory). This licence is limited to those purposes, it does not transfer ownership, and — except for copies retained in routine backups or required by law, and material already shared with third parties — it ends within a reasonable period after you delete or unpublish your Listing.
Some Listing fields are personal data (for example your name, photo, clinic phone or email). You expressly consent to qiboo publishing and processing that data in the directory for the purpose of presenting your Listing to the public. Where applicable, this is your explicit consent under Article 6(1)(a) — and, to the extent any field reveals special-category data, Article 9(2)(a) — of the GDPR; your explicit consent (“açık rıza”) under Turkish Law No. 6698 (KVKK); and your authorisation under the CCPA/CPRA and other applicable laws. Your consent is voluntary, and you may withdraw it at any time by editing, unpublishing, or deleting your Listing, or by emailing directory@qiboo.ai; withdrawal does not affect processing already carried out. You confirm that publishing this data is your own decision and that you are not required to do so to use qiboo.ai. How qiboo handles this data is described in the Privacy Policy.
qiboo provides a neutral, self-service listing and search tool. Publishing a Listing is not an endorsement, recommendation, referral, ranking, certification, or guarantee of you, your credentials, your competence, your safety, or your results, and we make no representation about any practitioner. qiboo is not a party to, and takes no responsibility for, any relationship, communication, booking, consultation, treatment, payment, or dispute between you and any patient or other user. Any “verified licence” indicator means only that, at the time of a one-off review, we saw evidence of a licence you claimed; it is not an ongoing guarantee and may become outdated.
You are solely responsible for your Listing, its accuracy and lawfulness, your communications through qiboo, your professional conduct, and every patient or client relationship. You alone are responsible for clinical decisions, informed consent, record-keeping, data protection toward your own patients, insurance, and compliance with the laws governing your practice. qiboo does not supervise, direct, or control your practice.
You must not include in any Listing, and must not do, any of the following:
You must not enter patient-identifying information into any Listing field.
You may unpublish or delete your Listing at any time. We may, at our discretion and without liability, decline, edit, suspend, unpublish, or permanently remove any Listing — with notice where practicable, or immediately where we believe it is necessary — if we reasonably consider it inaccurate, unlawful, in breach of this Agreement, the subject of a credible complaint or legal notice, or harmful to users, third parties, or qiboo. We may also remove a Listing on the request of a regulator, court, or the person it concerns. Removal does not entitle you to any refund of fees paid for any optional paid feature, except as required by law or stated in the Refund Policy.
The directory and all qiboo services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the directory will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that any Listing will produce enquiries, patients, or revenue.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qiboo and its operator, affiliates, and personnel will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profit, revenue, goodwill, data, business, or opportunity, arising out of or relating to your Listing, the directory, or this Agreement, even if advised of the possibility. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to your Listing or this Agreement will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amounts you paid to qiboo for paid directory features in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) one hundred euros (€100). Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited (including liability for fraud, for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any mandatory consumer rights).
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless qiboo, its operator, affiliates, and their respective personnel from and against any claim, demand, investigation, loss, liability, damage, fine, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your Listing or any information, photo, or content in it; (b) your breach of this Agreement or of any representation or warranty; (c) your acts, omissions, services, communications, or professional conduct; (d) any patient or client relationship or dispute involving you; (e) your violation of any law, professional rule, or third-party right (including IP, privacy, and consumer rights); or (f) any claim that your credentials, claims, or services were false, misleading, unlawful, or harmful.
Basic listing is free. We may offer optional paid features (for example featured placement, additional photos, or analytics). Paid features are billed through our Merchant of Record, Paddle, and are subject to these terms, the Terms of Service, and the Refund Policy. Paid placement is advertising and is not an endorsement or ranking of quality. We may change or discontinue any feature with reasonable notice.
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Subject to the next sentence, the courts and execution offices of İzmir, Türkiye have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement. Nothing in this clause deprives you, where you are a consumer, of the protection of mandatory provisions or of the right to bring or defend proceedings in the courts of your country of habitual residence under the mandatory consumer-protection law that applies to you; and where mandatory law requires, disputes may be brought before the competent consumer arbitration committee or court of your jurisdiction. The parties will first attempt to resolve any dispute in good faith for 30 days before commencing proceedings.
We may update this Agreement. Each version has an identifier (for example “PLA v1.0 2026-06-08”). The version you accepted, and the date and time of acceptance, are recorded. For material changes affecting published Listings, we will give reasonable notice (for example by email or an in-product notice) and, where required, ask you to accept the new version before continuing to publish; otherwise, continued publication after the stated effective date constitutes acceptance. The current version always governs your published Listing.
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or, if it cannot be, severed, and the remaining provisions remain in full force.
This Agreement, together with the documents it references (Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, Directory Terms, Medical Disclaimer, and any Refund Policy), is the entire agreement between you and qiboo regarding your Listing and supersedes any prior understanding on that subject. If there is a direct conflict about a Listing, this Agreement prevails for that subject. A failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver. You may not assign this Agreement; we may assign it to a successor of the qiboo business.
