Why you can trust qiboo
Clinical tools live or die on trust. These are the rules qiboo is built on — all four are verifiable in the product itself.
No ads. No pharma money.
qiboo is funded by clinician subscriptions only. No advertiser, no pharmaceutical sponsor, no third party ever influences what the evidence engine shows you.
Every figure from a published source
Every number in every report links to a real, resolvable publication (DOI/PubMed) — and is verified against it before the document ships. Patient PDFs carry a QR your patient can scan to see the sources.
No overclaiming — ever
Benefits are stated exactly as the trials reported them — never inflated, never invented — in warm, plain language patients actually understand. Frequency is never dressed up as efficacy.
No patient identity needed
Our tools never ask for a patient's name, date of birth or ID number, and we ask you not to type them; e-mail addresses and long numbers are removed automatically before anything reaches the AI. Identity fields on documents print blank for completion by hand. Details: Privacy Policy.
Built by a physician, for the clinic
qiboo is built by Dr. Kerem AL — an MD and acupuncture physician with 20+ years in clinical practice. Every tool starts from a real chair-side problem: what do I tell this patient, what did the trials actually use, what does the evidence honestly support?
What qiboo is not
qiboo is an evidence and education resource for licensed clinicians and their patients — not a diagnosis, not a medical device, and never a substitute for clinical judgment. Every generated document is a draft the clinician reviews, completes and signs.
Where the evidence comes from
qiboo’s library is built from open scholarly sources — PubMed, Europe PMC, OpenAlex, Crossref, ClinicalTrials.gov, DOAJ and Semantic Scholar — plus 25 public-domain classical texts. Every study links back to its original publisher.
